 New York fans were supposed to be celebrating right now. The Knicks came into this playoff series as the No. 3 seed, the crowd at Madison Square Garden buzzing with championship dreams. Then Atlanta walked in, stole Game 2 with a jaw-dropping 107–106 finish, and suddenly the Hawks lead the series 2–1. Somebody explain what just happened.

The veteran guard has been an absolute menace in this series. With Jalen Johnson providing the muscle and rebounding firepower : 24 points and 10 rebounds in Game 3 : McCollum has been threading defenses apart with his trademark mid-range game. Atlanta is playing like a team that genuinely believes they can make a run.
